Welcome to Hawkshead Wines
Since 1996 we have been supplying carefully chosen, great value wines to discerning customers throughout the UK. We pride ourselves in having tasted all the wines we offer and specialise in interesting and unusual wines that are not found elsewhere. Where others do list the same wines as us we aim to be the cheapest on the internet. We are proud supporters of Fairtrade products and have one of the largest selections of Fairtrade wines around. Chateau Pelan, Cotes de Francs, Bordeaux
This Bordeaux estate owned by Regis Moro produces a great range of classy reds and this is their top wine, packed in wooden cases of 12. We have a limited quantity of the 1999 vintage, which is drinking beautifully at present but will also cellar further if preferred. Their search ended in Ribera del Duero with the purchase of 22ha of vineyards and Bodegas Penafiel was born!
